Impression
The hotel is situated on a very busy airport, with a very friendly radiation. The hotel, belonging to the well known Sharaton group may not look all that well from the outside, the inside and especially the staff make up for this. After having stepped inside, we from Hoteljudge were very much impressed.
reception
Once inside the uproar started. Finally we found a hotel where the staff knows the American way of doing business with its customers. They offer you a drink very fast and you are an immediate friend of the person who talks to you. This is great to for once come across in Europe. We from Hoteljudge were afraid that it wasn’t to be found anymore in Europe, but it is!
public areas
The public areas look just fine. There can’t be made comments on. They are arranged like you want it to, because in this hotel the customer is king. The floors are marble and there are two heightened floors where you can sit. The bar is very broad and you can sit around very cosy in the lobby.
rooms
The rooms look very good and modern. You get the warm feeling in the rooms too. The feeling of being home is not only caused by the rooms, but also by the staff, who do their bests for that and they succeed in doing that in our opinions. The rooms are coloured light and have beautiful wooden closets. Everything is present in the rooms and the rooms give a view on the airport.
halls
The hall in this hotel is perfect for parties and conferences. The big hall can be divided in two parts. Further more the hotel has got a few smaller rooms for meetings and a little side hall. It is really magnificent how well everything has been taken care of.
situation
The situation at the airport is of course superb. The hotel is a recommendation when you are travelling by car too. Not only is it close to the highway and to Brussels city centre, the parking accommodation is fantastic too.
